INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
We require insurance for the following scenarios,
- when rented equipment’s Replacement Value is over $10,000.
- when renting Selected Equipment (Cine lenses, Grip Trucks, etc.)
- ELEVEN04 PRODUCTIONS, LLC is listed as Additional Insured and Loss Payee;

- Inland Marine (Rented/Leased equipment) coverage is mandatory;
- General Liability coverage with the limit of $1,000,000 is recommended;
- Grip Truck(s) insurance coverages (only required when you are renting the grip truck);
- Auto coverage for Hired Autos or Non-Owned Autos
- Auto physical damage
- Auto liability
- Unattended Vehicle Theft Exclusion won’t be accepted. The insurance policy must have a “Locked Car” clause, covering the rented equipment in a car at all times;
- We DO NOT accept insurance from Thimble.
