Grip Truck Rental Policy

1. GRIP TRUCK PACKAGES

Eleven04 powered by Light Modifiers offers many Grip Truck packages. For more information, check out each of our packages and select the one that best fits your production.

Gear in the packages are subject to change due to availability and appropriate substitution are occasionally required. However, if the gear in the packages are available, substitution may not be allowed.

2. DRIVER QUALIFICATION

Must be 18 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.

3. GAS USAGE

All grip trucks leave the shop with a full tank and are expected to return the same way.

If the truck is returned without a full tank, an additional Gas Charge may occur. The charge is subject to change based on the market price of fuel. A $15 service charge will also be applied for facilitating the filling of the gas tank.

4. MILEAGE USAGE

Eleven04 offers a complimentary 30 miles of usage for each rental.

Once the complimentary 30 miles have been used up, the renter is responsible for paying for the entire amount of mileage used at a rate of $0.75/mile.

5. CLEANING FEE

If the truck is returned in an unreasonably dirty condition, a $30/hour cleaning fee will apply to the rental. Final Cleaning Fee will be determined by labor hour(s) spent.

6. TOLLS, PARKING, VIOLATIONS

All tolls, parking fees, and other violations are the renter’s responsibility to be paid in full before the end of the rental period. If any unpaid tolls, parking, and violation tickets during the rental period are charged to Eleven04, we will bill back to the renter with an additional 5% service charge.
